Brain Health Program

Having memory issues or just frustrated with everyday-forgetting? A few easy at-home 'reading, writing and rithmatic' exercises can give you pleasure and light up your brain at the same time!

Brain health exercises include

  1. Reading aloud

  2. Writing or journaling

  3. Completing simple math problems

Glover Park Village hosts a free Brain Health Program Series starting with the popular Goodwin House Stronger Memory Program.  Your ability to focus, remember conversations, retrieve memories should improve as you practice for 20-30 minutes a day over 12 weeks. You can join up at any time during the program.

A GPV moderator will lead each optional weekly check-in session. Workbooks and FAQ sheets will be distributed directly to every participant or download as a pdf here.
