Brain Health: Stronger Memory Weekly Check-Ins


Our Brain Health program continues with weekly check-ins every Wednesday at 10 am on Zoom in July and August! Join us for just one or for multiple sessions each Wednesday for an hour. We will discuss developing a stronger memory with easy at-home 'reading, writing and rithmatic' exercises. These exercises are fun and have been shown to “light up” your brain!

The weekly check-ins are led by a Village moderator on zoom and give you the opportunity to ask questions and chat with others who are using the Stronger Memory workbooks and looking forward to positive change. If you don’t have the workbooks, join us anyway. We will share the program with you and talk about how we can get you the workbooks.
